Customer support specialist Spanish and English

The role: Customer support specialist Spanish and English

We are looking for a Customer support specialist Spanish and English to join our busy, data-driven customer support team based in Ceuta, Spain.

It is a day shift role with dynamic starting times between 09:30 AM and 11:15 PM, Monday to Sunday, distributed throughout the week. The team handles a variety of tasks to ensure a positive experience for our players.

Join a market-leading Customer Support Team where you'll work with a dynamic and forward-thinking team, supported by managers who help your career growth, all while having some fun along the way.

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be part of our international team managing all aspects of the Betfair international customer experience. You must adapt to different products and communication channels such as live chat, phone, email, social media, and more.

What you'll be doing...

  1. Respond promptly and effectively to all communications, including calls, chats, and emails, with high attention to detail.
  2. Provide technical support to customers.
  3. Follow up on complex customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
  4. Build and maintain customer relationships appropriately.
  5. Report recurring issues to team leaders and relevant departments.
  6. Contribute to improving the customer experience continually.

The above duties are not exhaustive; you may be required to undertake other tasks within your role's scope.

Who you are...

  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and oral.
  • Located in Ceuta or willing to relocate.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a multichannel contact center dealing with high contact volumes.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and keyboard skills.
  • Passionate about sports and gaming products with relevant expertise.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, capable of handling difficult customers professionally.
  • Proactive in suggesting improvements to the customer experience.
  • A team player with a positive attitude.
  • Flexible in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • High customer service orientation with problem-solving skills.
