Job Description: Customer Support Specialist (German Speaker)

Are you passionate about technology and enjoy helping others? We are seeking a full-time German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Barcelona.

As part of Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, you will support our Central region customers (DACH/Nordics) alongside a friendly and skilled team of 12 colleagues, with 3 based in Barcelona. You will report to the Regional Team Leader and work in a supportive, international environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide product information and technical and administrative support via multiple channels (phone and email).
  2. Offer personalized customer experiences by effectively resolving issues and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction central to your approach.
  3. Proactively manage customer expectations.
  4. Update our CRM system (SalesForce) with all relevant customer interaction information.
  5. Collaborate with peers and cross-departmentally to deliver complete and well-researched answers.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Successful experience in a similar customer support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to learn new products and technologies.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to follow standard processes within set service levels.
  • Team player.
  • Experience with CRM systems like SalesForce is advantageous.
