We manage a portfolio of vacation rental apartments in Barcelona and Italy, and we’re looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. Based in Barcelona, this full-time role offers the flexibility to work remotely on weekends, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service during their stays.
Responsibilities :
Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency using our management tools.
Work full-time (40 hours / week), including some weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
Provide exceptional customer support in Spanish and English for our international guests.
Address common questions or escalate issues following our established guidelines.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a high-quality guest experience.
Requirements :
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Proven customer service experience, preferably in tourism, hospitality, or vacation rentals.
Availability to work weekends (9:30 AM - 5:30 PM CET) and flexibility for weekday shifts.
Comfortable with digital tools and quick to adapt to new systems.
Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a customer-first mindset.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) :
Proficiency in Italian.
Familiarity with the Barcelona tourism market.
What We Offer :

Salary range: €1400-€1800 / month, depending on experience (negotiable).
