Are you our multilingual customer service superstar, always giving 100% to make a positive impact? Do you have a passion for support and an affinity for software? Then you have what it takes to be our next Customer Support Specialist with a focus on the Spanish market!

In this role, you will provide exceptional support to both international and Spanish-speaking customers from our office in Haarlem. You'll be a key link between our customers and various Saysimple teams, ensuring that customer feedback is transformed into actionable improvements. Whether it's answering questions or meeting client needs, you know exactly how to delight our customers.

Your responsibilities:

  • Providing first-line support via phone, email, LiveChat, WhatsApp, and our ticketing system to answer user questions.
  • Owning the Saysimple client onboarding process to ensure smooth client-side integration.
  • Coordinating customer queries and commercial opportunities in consultation with sales consultants, suppliers, and system administrators.
  • Creating content (video / text) for the knowledge base to inform our customers even better.
  • Writing release notes in consultation with the product specialist.
  • Supporting the Customer Success team.

Your profile:

  • Work and think at an HBO level.
  • Customer-oriented thinking and service-oriented attitude.
  • Proficient in Spanish, English, and Dutch at least at B2 level (CEFR) in both speaking and writing.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Digital native: you think and breathe social and internet service and applications come naturally to you.
  • You like to work hard and play hard!
