The Job

As a Customer Support Agent / Representative, you will primarily take inbound calls and emails, and live chat with customers. Your daily work as an account manager will include tasks like these :

  • Responsible for handling all calls in a responsive and dedicated manner.
  • The Advisor shall provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers while maintaining effective communications during conversations.
  • Responsible for ensuring call resolution in a timely manner, while maintaining the highest level of quality support in every customer interaction.
  • Achieve call center metrics as defined by our client, KPIs and SLAs.
  • Recognize and adjust support approach to accommodate all levels of customer experience and needs.
  • Educate customers on support options, and the steps being taken to resolve the issue.
  • Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate department according to Client’s Procedures.
  • You will manage the customer experience, educating and upselling customers on products and services.
  • Working in a team-oriented environment to achieve common goals.

The Profile

  • You speak Polish at a native level, and you are fluent in English (B2).
  • Experience in customer care is a plus.
  • You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills, and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
