The Job

As a Customer Support Agent/Representative, you will primarily take inbound calls, emails, and live chat with customers. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Handling all calls responsively and dedicatedly.
  • Providing prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers while maintaining effective communication.
  • Ensuring call resolution in a timely manner with high-quality support.
  • Achieving call center metrics, KPIs, and SLAs as defined by our client.
  • Adjusting support approach based on customer experience and needs.
  • Educating customers on support options and resolution steps.
  • Communicating positively with team members, customers, and partners.
  • Escalating issues to appropriate departments per Client Procedures.
  • Managing customer experience, including upselling products and services.
  • Working in a team-oriented environment to meet goals.

The Profile

  • You speak Norwegian at a native level and are fluent in English (B2).
  • Experience in customer care is a plus.
  • You have good computer handling skills.
  • You possess strong problem-solving skills, capable of research and information identification.
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
