A leading recruitment firm in Málaga is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join their dynamic team. This full-time position offers a hybrid work model after 6 months and a competitive remuneration package. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Norwegian and English, possess excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Position : Customer Support Representative

Work model : hybrid (after 6 months of employment)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Handle incoming contact from customers via phone and mail
  • Assist customers and deal with customer complaints promptly and effectively
  • Be the first point of contact to resolve customer queries and related requests
  • Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at all times

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Native / fluent in Norwegian, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Prior experience in customer service / support is an advantage
  • Experience from banking or credit institutions (preferably in Nordic countries) is an advantage
  • Resourceful, stress-resilient personality capable of adapting and remaining calm in all situations
  • Understanding of economics and numerical data
  • Fast learner, adaptable to new IT systems and tools
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player
  • Candidates must have a good and stable economic history with an absolutely clean credit record (no nonpayment records), as handling credit information requires trustworthiness
