Job Summary:

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support Representative fluent in German and English to join our customer service team. You will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking customers, ensuring a seamless, high-quality support experience across all communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer support via email, chat, and phone in both German and English.

Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, offering solutions, and ensuring follow-up.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM tools.

Collaborate with internal teams (product, technical support, logistics, etc.) to resolve complex issues.

Help maintain and update customer support documentation and FAQs in both languages.

Monitor customer feedback and share insights to improve the overall customer experience.

Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

Fluent in German C2 or native-level and English (written and spoken).

Previous experience in customer support, call center, or help desk roles.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, or similar platforms.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or technology-based companies is a plus.

Basic knowledge of CRM systems and support software.

Ability to handle technical queries or escalate them appropriately.

Familiarity with KPIs and service-level targets.
