Job Description:

Landbot is a platform that helps companies create conversational experiences to boost customer engagement. We are curious, funny, and passionate about helping companies create frictionless conversational experiences. We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist our users with general and technical issues, ensuring they understand and benefit from our product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with users primarily via chat, occasionally via video calls.
  • Become an expert in Landbot’s features, use cases, and workarounds.
  • Ensure customers have a positive experience and understand the benefits of Landbot.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to identify issues and relay customer feedback.
  • Update internal databases with technical issues and discussions.
  • Share feature requests and workarounds with the team.
  • Inform customers about new features.
  • Follow up to resolve technical issues.
  • Gather and share customer feedback with relevant teams.
  • Assist in training junior support staff.
  • Participate in special projects aligned with company goals.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support or troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and tech-savvy.
  • Understanding of internet culture and SaaS environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain complex topics simply.
  • Eligibility to work in Spain.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in startups, SaaS, or client-facing roles.
  • Knowledge of project or account management.
  • Good sense of humor and positive attitude.
