Formación

We’re looking for a native or bilingual Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative with a solid command of English (B2 level) to join our team!

You’ll support a leading company in warranties and insurance for electronic devices, assisting customers with the management of coverage and incident resolution.

What We Offer

  • 4-month temporary contract with strong potential for extension
  • Online training in English, fully included in your contract
  • Full-time: 39 hours/week, working 5 days between Monday and Saturday
  • Shift: 9 AM – 7 PM (Monday to Friday), Saturdays 9 AM – 5 PM (2 Saturdays off per month)
  • Salary: €22,000 gross per year
  • 100% remote position from anywhere in Spain (contract starts from day one of training)

What We're Looking For

  • Native or bilingual Dutch speaker
  • Advanced English level (minimum B2)
  • Experience in customer service and knowledge of tech/warranty products is a plus
  • Strong adaptability and customer-focused mindset
  • Must reside in Spain
