is a leading global online broker specialising in Forex, CFDs, Commodities and Spot Metals since 2010. On behalf of IronFX, we are looking to hire a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our growing and dynamic team. This position is fully remote.

Job Description :
  • Provide support to customers via live chat, email, and/or telephone.
  • Resolve client queries and provide support when required.
  • Serve as the liaison between client requests, customer service, and back office operations.
  • Offer support to the Business Development Managers.
  • Ensure that all client requests are processed promptly without delays.
  • Provide quality customer support during the account opening stages and throughout the trading account lifecycle.
  • Promote the Company’s services.
  • Draft and monitor daily reports and complete tasks assigned by the Head of Department or Management.
Job Requirements :
  • Business fluency in English.
  • Spanish language skills, both verbal and written (6 months to 2 years of online customer support experience).
  • Experience with emails, live chat, or similar support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • University Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and initiative to find answers to new questions.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve problems.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, with 9-hour shifts including a 1-hour lunch break on a weekly rotation, between 07:00-22:00 Cyprus time. One week per month involves a night shift, and twice a year, for one month, working hours are from 12:00 to 20:00 Cyprus time with Thursday and Friday off.
