As aCustomer Support Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll support them through live chat, email, and phone – solving problems, answering questions, and making sure they feel confident every step of the way.

You don’t need forex experience – we’ll teach you what you need to know. What matters most is that you’re empathetic, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

WhatYou’ll Be Doing

  • Communicating with clients via phone, chat, and email
  • Troubleshooting and solving client issues quickly and clearly
  • Assisting with account setup, deposits, and withdrawals
  • Staying informed about our products and services
  • Working flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to support our international client base

WhatWe’re Looking For

  • Fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • A natural people person – calm, empathetic, and solution-focused
  • Quick to learn and eager to grow
  • Comfortable with night and weekend shifts

  • Base Salary: €22,000/year
  • Night Shift Bonus:
    extra pay for hours worked during night shift
