Heike, Sergi, and Torsten are overwhelmed by recent successes and are looking for two more people to become our next customer service champions.

We are a small B2B company developing top-tier Fleet Management software for organizations with a fleet of 100 or more vehicles. Our team is fully IT-focused, with Heike managing daily tasks from Germany, and Sergi and Torsten handling development in Barcelona.

Are you great with people, tech-savvy, and organized? We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented individual to be the first point of contact for our B2B customers.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  • Customer Support: Assist clients in navigating our IT system, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they feel supported.
  • Invoicing: Manage invoicing accurately to ensure smooth operations.
  • Proposal Writing: Create clear, compelling proposals for prospective clients.
  • Client Relations: Maintain communication with customers and prospects, building strong relationships and demonstrating our value.
Requirements - What we’re looking for:
  • Excellent communication skills for frequent client interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks.
  • Experience with IT systems and customer support tools, or a quick learner eager to acquire these skills.
  • Good writing skills for proposals and professional emails.

All our customers are based in Germany, so proficiency in German is essential.
