Descripción del empleo

We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our team and be fully responsible for the DACH market. You will propose solutions (via email and chat) to questions raised by our customers regarding payments, invoicing, account management, and our products by researching and explaining our services.

You will be part of our Customer Care team, guiding and helping users with any queries they might have and evaluating updates to our products to recommend possible improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Care or a similar position;
  • Full professional proficiency in German and English;
  • Remarkable enthusiasm and willingness to support a scale-up during its growth phase;
  • Exceptional soft skills, team spirit, and eagerness to learn.

Added values

  • Previous experience in start-up and scale-up environments;
  • Experience with HTML / CSS;
  • Experience with CMSs (such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix);
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager;
  • Proficiency in Italian;

Location
