We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our Team and be fully responsible for the DACH market, proposing solutions (via email and chat) to questions raised by our customers on payments, invoicing, account management, and our products, by researching and explaining our services.
You will be part of our Customer Care team and will be in charge of guiding and helping the users with any queries they might have and evaluating the updates to our products to recommend possible improvements.
