Planet is seeking a Payments Operations Support specialist to join our global Payments Support team. You will help international clients with funding and charges, delivering timely, compliant service and quality control across platforms and partners. Shifts include 24/7 coverage as needed.

You must be fluent in English, have German B2 level, and bring experience in customer support or financial services. The role offers hybrid work with three days in the office.

Formación

• Proficient spoken and written English.
• German language B2 level required; French is a plus.
• Experience in a similar customer support/administrative role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in Financial Services/Payments operations is advantageous.
• Good analytical and numerical skills, detail oriented.
• Moderate-level Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to be flexible within a fast-growing global company.
• Must display initiative and a common-sense approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service, by responding quickly to customer queries with accurate information regarding transaction statuses, transaction reprocessing request, report generations in line with established SLA's.
• Run all aspects of customer and financial support across a number of IT platforms, internal departments and external partners merchants.
• Resolve issues/queries by interacting and communicating with other colleagues/departments.
• Adapt to a fast-moving environment in a proactive and team-focused manner.
• Any other such duties that may be required of you.
• Support Inbound & Outbound Calls

Role Overview :

We are recruiting for a Payments Operations Support role to join our Payment’s Support team. The primary function of the Payments Operations Support role is to support our international clients with all queries related to funding and charges. You will deliver a professional service to internal and external customers, in a timely manner, by ensuring that service delivery, quality control and all aspects of compliance are maintained to the highest levels.

Support Inbound & Outbound Calls

You will work 24/7 in shift bases on business needs.

What you will need to bring to planet :

• Proficient spoken and written English
• B2 Level of German is mandatory to be considered for this role (French is plus)
• Experience in a similar customer support/administrative role.
• Excellent communication skills.
