Customer Care Agent - DACH Market

As a Customer Care Agent for the DACH market, you will be the voice of our company.

Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting our German-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
  2. Assisting merchants with questions and inquiries about our POS solution.
  3. Optimizing processes related to customer support to enhance merchant satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
