Customer Support Agent | Barcelona | Full time / Part-Time (20h – 40h weekly)

This role is a perfect fit for students (part-time and full-time) - allowing you to get real-world company experience while working on your educational degree.

The Tasks:

1. Provide End User support for DaoPay Phone Payments (PaybyCall or SMS where customers pay via phone or mobile) and additional payment solutions.
2. Conducting all support levels (1,2 & 3) via chat, e-mail, post and phone.
3. Identify potential issues based upon incoming queries.
4. Assist the Fraud Department with transaction monitoring on a daily basis.
5. Maintain an open communication with other departments in the office.

Your Profile:

1. Studying any IT related fields of study.
2. Strong communication skills and willing to communicate with internal and external partners.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; fluency in the German language is highly advantageous, additional languages welcome.
4. Interested in payment services.
5. Being a team player.
6. Solution oriented and willingness to grow in the company.
7. You enjoy a multi-tasking environment.
8. Good overall technical understanding.
9. Working knowledge of MS Office; tech savvy and knowledge of additional software is most welcome.

Expected hours:

40 per week (we can consider part time option as well).

1. You are eligible to work on the Spanish labor market.
2. Experience: 1 year in customer service (Required).
3. Language: English (Required), German (Preferred).
4. Work Location: In person (Barcelona city center office).
