Customer Support Agent | Barcelona | Full time / Part-Time (20h – 40h weekly)

The Tasks:
Provide End User support for DaoPay Phone Payments (PaybyCall or SMS where customers pay via phone or mobile) and additional payment solutions
Conducting all support levels (1,2 & 3) via chat, e-mail, post and phone
Identify potential issues based upon incoming queries
Assist the Fraud Department with transaction monitoring on a daily basis
Maintain an open communication with other departments in the office
Your Profile:
Studying any IT related fields of study
Strong communication skills and willing to communicate with internal and external partners
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; fluency in the German language is highly advantageous, additional languages welcome
Interested in payment services
Being a team player
Solution oriented and willingness to grow in the company
You enjoy a multi-tasking environment
Good overall technical understanding
Working knowledge of MS Office; tech savvy and knowledge of additional software is most welcome

Experience: 1 year in customer service (Required)
