ReSales-Online is the leading real estate property management product on the Costa del Sol. We are looking for a dynamic person to join our team and provide chat and telephone support to estate agents that subscribe to our software.
You will be helping with queries about using our software, onboarding new clients, assisting with specific requests, processing properties, and liaising with our IT Team on technical issues.
This is ultimately a remote-working position, however initial training will be conducted in our Fuengirola office for the first 3 months. You will need to have a suitable dedicated space in your home for your work-station and have a reliable fast fibre-optic internet connection. PC equipment provided by the company.
