The Position:

We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our Trading team.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Provide feedback from customer requests to Product team.
  • Guide customers through onboarding and ensure they derive maximum value from Isotrol products.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their goals and how our products can help achieve them.
  • Follow up on accounts, acting as an expert advisor to maximize adoption and retention.
  • Collect and relay user feedback for product development.
  • Identify opportunities for product expansion in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Analyze product usage, identify actions, and communicate satisfaction levels, risks, and opportunities.
  • Have extensive knowledge of participation in Iberian wholesale electricity markets.
Your skills and experience:
  • Proficiency in English (High level, B2 or above) and good communication skills.
  • Experience working in electrical trading teams.

  • Remote working options.
  • Holidays: 22 days + 24th and 31st December.
  • Summer hours: 8:00 to 15:00 from July 1 to August 31.
