Formación

  • Guide customers through onboarding and ensure maximum value.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Follow up on accounts to maximize adoption and retention.
  • Collect and relay user feedback for product development.
  • Identify new opportunities for product extension with sales teams.
  • Analyze product usage to identify successes.
  • Represent the voice of the customer.

Conocimientos

Good communication skills in English
Knowledge of Iberian wholesale electricity markets

**Position:** Customer Success Specialist in our Trading team.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide feedback from customer requests to Product teams.
  • Guide customers through onboarding and ensure they derive maximum value from Isotrol products.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their goals.
  • Follow up on accounts, acting as an expert advisor to maximize adoption and retention.
  • Collect and relay user feedback for product development.
  • Identify new opportunities for product extension with sales teams.
  • Analyze product usage to identify actions and success stories.
  • Represent the voice of the customer, conveying satisfaction and risks.
  • Have extensive knowledge of participation in Iberian wholesale electricity markets.

**Skills and Experience:**

  • Good communication skills in English (High level, B2) and/or other languages.
  • Engineering degree preferred.
  • Experience in electrical trading teams.

  • Summer hours: 8:00 to 15:00 from July to August.
