Una empresa líder en soluciones de software para el mercado energético busca un Especialista en Éxito del Cliente para unirse a su equipo en Badajoz. Usted será responsable de guiar a los clientes en el uso de productos, construir relaciones sólidas y maximizar la adopción de soluciones. Se requiere un alto nivel de inglés y preferiblemente un título en ingeniería. Ofrecemos horarios flexibles, trabajo remoto y días de vacaciones generosos.

Formación

Responsabilidades

  • Proporcionar retroalimentación de los clientes al equipo de producto.
  • Guiar a los clientes desde la compra y asegurar que obtengan el máximo valor de los productos.
  • Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes.

The Position:

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our Trading team.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing feedback from existing customer requests to Product.
  • Guiding customers from purchase, leading onboarding, and ensuring they get maximum value from Isotrol products.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their goals, and aligning our products to help achieve them.
  • Following up on accounts, acting as an expert advisor to maximize adoption and retention.
  • Collecting and passing on user feedback for product evolution.
  • Identifying new opportunities for product extension in coordination with sales teams.
  • Analyzing product usage to identify actions and success stories, conveying customer satisfaction and risks.
  • Having extensive knowledge of participation in Iberian wholesale electricity markets.

Your skills and experience:

  • Good communication skills in English and/or other languages (High level of English - B2).
  • An engineering degree is preferred.
  • Work experience in electrical trading teams.

What we offer:

  • Flexible working hours at the start and end of the day.
  • Remote working availability.
  • Holidays: 22 days + 24th and 31st December.
  • Summer hours: 8:00 to 15:00 from July 1 to August 31.
