Customer Success Senior Specialist, Hospitality
The Customer Success Senior Specialist plays an important role in supporting strong outcomes for ForwardKeys, an Amadeus company. Acting as the main point of contact for assigned hospitality customers, this role helps ensure a positive experience and long-term value from our solutions.
This role requires a good understanding of both the Amadeus Hospitality product portfolio and the travel industry. You’ll work closely with your assigned customer group to support revenue growth for both the customer and Amadeus Hospitality.
You’ll also help customers get the most value from their Amadeus Hospitality products and identify opportunities where additional solutions may meet evolving needs. You’ll regularly offer insights and recommendations to improve product usage and act as a contact for resolving service-related issues.
In some accounts, you’ll be responsible for both new and renewal sales. In others, you’ll support the designated Account Owner.
In this role you’ll
Build strong relationships with clients through onboarding, training, and sharing market insights.
Conduct regular account reviews and collaborate with sales teams on development plans.
Support contract renewals and identify opportunities for additional solutions.
Help deliver services that meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Share market knowledge and best practices to support team learning and customer success.
About the ideal candidate
University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or IT. MBA is beneficial.
Experience in a similar role in a Customer Success, Customer Service role with market analysis responsibilities.
Understanding of the travel industry and its key trends and stakeholders are desirable
Experience using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Qlik) are a plus.
Effective communication skills in English and Spanish; French language skills are helpful.
