DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to support our customers from France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, who are premium orthodontists recognized for their expertise and seeking advanced treatment options for their patients.

This role is not administrative. You will act as an advisor, supporting doctors in their daily needs, ensuring efficient dental office operations, and delivering excellent service to patients with reactivity, respect, and professionalism. You will represent Angel Aligner’s full digital portfolio during your daily interactions with doctors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support your dedicated territory and assist other countries as needed
  • Open, validate, and maintain customer accounts in our systems
  • Respond promptly to customer requests via email, phone, or website, providing effective resolutions
  • Assist customers with technical issues related to online orders and digital platforms
  • Introduce product benefits and escalate training needs to technical and clinical teams
  • Provide timely updates on deliveries and shipments
  • Handle complaints, monitor issues until resolution, and communicate effectively
  • Gather customer feedback to improve services and develop helpful content
  • Monitor key performance indicators like NPS to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Manage accounts receivable and follow up on payment promises
  • Prepare periodic reports as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Solution-oriented mindset with quick problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Empathy and ability to manage complex situations
  • Ability to understand technical product information
  • Interest in innovative technologies and digital environments
  • Knowledge of international freight and transportation rules is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in medical devices, life sciences, or dental industry (preferred)
  • High School diploma

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Fluent in English
  • Native/fluent in French
  • Proficiency in 2 other EU languages (Spanish, Italian, German) is a plus

COMPUTER SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe software
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., DYNAMICS)
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools is a plus
