Ein innovatives Unternehmen im AgTech-Bereich sucht einen dynamischen Customer Success & Operations Specialist, der als Hauptansprechpartner für Kunden fungiert. In dieser spannenden Rolle werden Sie dafür verantwortlich sein, proaktive Beziehungen zu pflegen, Kunden durch technische Herausforderungen zu navigieren und sicherzustellen, dass sie den maximalen Nutzen aus unseren Produkten ziehen. Formación

  • Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Customer Success.
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Spanisch.

We are hiring a Customer Success & Operations Specialist

Founded in California’s Silicon Valley in 2015, Biome Makers is setting the standard in soil health with BeCrop technology. We integrate soil microbiology into agricultural decision-making to optimize farming practices and reverse the degradation of arable soils. With labs across the globe, customers on 4 continents, and 1M+ acres of land impacted, Biome Makers has revitalized soil functionality and agricultural sustainability worldwide.

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join the Operations team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes while utilizing our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem solving, and a passion for helping customers succeed.

Location : Spain (Remote)

Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain proactive relationships with key stakeholders to drive success and goal alignment.
  • Own the customer lifecycle and ensure a high retention rate.
  • Respond to customer questions / inquiries via email, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Help customers navigate company products and guide them through technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to onboarding and ongoing success.
  • Ensure process adherence, data accuracy, and contribute to process improvements to support operational efficiency.
  • Oversee and organize metadata associated with trials and samples.
  • Process orders accurately.
  • Assist in invoicing processes and ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Coordinate shipping of samples to customers or partner labs.
  • Oversee shipping process, supplies, and inventory.
  • Collaborate and communicate between different departments to ensure smooth customer order fulfillment (Sales, Product, IT, Data Science).
  • Support the US team if required.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • 1+ years of experience in customer success or customer service.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and proactively resolve issues.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate data intake, manipulation, and upload.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to foster long-term customer success.
  • Ability to manage simultaneous projects using various platforms, such as CRM and HubSpot.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent usage of MS Office tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Bonus :

  • Experience in handling GIS files (shp, kml, etc.) and metadata sets.
