Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Expert for a remote contractor role. You will optimize CRM workflows, ensure data accuracy, and drive reporting and revenue operations in SaaS environments.

Key duties include configuring CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), managing revenue tools (quoting, billing, ticketing, PM systems), and documenting processes to support adoption and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
