We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the Spiideo team!

Spiideo is a global leader in automated, cloud-based solutions for sports video analysis and streaming. Trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide, Spiideo serves some of the most renowned professional and collegiate teams, media companies, leagues, and federations.

This is a fully remote position, ideally based in Madrid, Spain. You will report directly to the VP of Customer Success based in the US. Spiideo HQ is located in Malmö, Sweden.

The role :

You will manage a portfolio of media companies, leagues, and sports clubs in Europe, with a primary focus on Southern European markets (Spain, Italy, etc.). Fluency in Spanish and Italian is required to effectively manage these markets.

Core responsibilities :
  1. Onboarding & Training: Help new customers get onboarded with Spiideo.
  2. Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional guidance to maximize potential.
  3. Renewals: Proactively manage to achieve company renewal targets.
  4. Upsell & Expansion: Identify opportunities to maximize and expand usage.
  5. Churn management: Engage proactively to reduce churn and ensure success.
  6. Relationship building: Cultivate strong, trusted partnerships with key stakeholders.
  7. Process development: Coordinate and manage complex implementations.
What type of customers would you manage

You will manage a portfolio of sports clubs, leagues, and media companies across various sports (football, ice hockey, basketball, handball, etc.) within the Spiideo portfolio, including Spiideo Perform (video analysis), Spiideo Play (streaming), and Spiideo Replay (VAR).

What we are looking for :
  • At least 2 years of prior customer success or sales experience.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish, Italian, and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in the sports tech industry is a bonus.
  • Very process-driven and structured approach to work.
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative, with a positive, team-first attitude.
  • Excellent ability to train customers via webinars, one-on-one meetings, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for customer success and deriving joy from seeing customers succeed.

Remote status :

Fully remote. Occasional travel to Malmö, Sweden, may be required.
