The Role

Customer Success Manager, Spain – We are seeking a Customer Success Manager in Spain to lead nation-wide initiatives in Health Data. If you are career-driven and passionate about healthcare technology, this is an opportunity to bring your expertise to a fast-growing team.

What You’ll Be Expected To Do
  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of nation-wide projects in Health Data.
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, partners, authorities, and external vendors.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies to address challenges proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and data protection standards (e.g., GDPR and ISO27001).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication and reporting on project status, risks, and outcomes.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets and financial resources for projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value creation.
Qualifications And Work Experience
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • 3–5 years of experience in managing and delivering complex technology projects, ideally within healthcare or data-driven environments.
  • Strong technical understanding of health information systems, interoperability or data analytics.
  • Proven track record of leading nation-wide or large-scale projects in healthcare or related industries.
  • Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA) is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a client-centric mindset.
  • Availability for occasional travel within Spain and across Europe.
Personality and Behavioral Traits

You are bright, articulate and passionate about being part of a nascent project in healthcare. You have the ability to lead and coach others and to manage differences of opinion within the team. You are a good communicator and excellent at establishing contacts and building relationships. You favor an analytical approach and the ability to identify the strategic dimension of issues.
