Formación

  • Fluent in Flemish, French, and English.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales-related support or customer success role.
  • Technical affinity with payments, IT and eCommerce.

What will you be doing?

As a Customer Success Manager you are the point of contact for our existing customers. At MultiSafepay (MSP) we have a focus on building long-term relationships and therefore customer satisfaction is very important. You will keep building your knowledge in payment technology, so you can easily identify growth opportunities and advise on additional products and services at merchants.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Flemish, French and English
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales-related support or customer success role (e.g. inbound call center)
  • Technical affinity with payments, IT and eCommerce
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Our preferred location for this role is Spain, but we're happy to consider candidates who would like to join us from the Netherlands as well.
