Who You’ll Become
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) works directly with customers to guide them through their business journey with our solutions. The CSM aims to increase customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, references, and upsells for Cloud products within their assigned portfolio. They oversee key milestones from deal signature through system provisioning, monitoring implementation, and achieving business cases. The CSM serves as the strategic point of contact for customers and leverages SAP resources to maintain overall customer health.

Our hybrid work model involves three days in the office or on-site with customers or partners, with plans for an immersive four-week in-person experience in San Ramon, California, spread across two trips. The final decision on this component will be communicated by Q1 2026.
