Our client is one of the "Exciting Spanish Startups to Watch" companies and we are looking for a hands-on Customer Success Manager to deal with customers that range from startups and scaleups to well-known companies such as Randstad or Glovo.

The mission of this promising SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform is to help companies simplify Data Privacy without creating additional workload.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent support and help customers make the best use for the platform
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer queries and resolve escalated issues in a timely manner
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately and thoroughly in our CRM system
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new customers, ensuring they have a smooth transition onto the platform
  • Stay up-to-date with product updates, new features, and industry trends to effectively support customers and provide informed recommendations

Requirements:

  • Based in Spain with full right to work (must)
  • High proficiency in English (must). Spanish, Portuguese, French or Italian would be advantageous (preferred)
  • Prior experience in Customer Success or Customer Support (must)
  • B2B experience (must)
  • Experience with tools such as Hubspot, Zendesk, HelpScout, Linear or Jira (preferred)
  • Can-do, proactive approach (must)
  • Passion for Technology, Law and/or Privacy (preferred)

This is a full time, permanent position paying a starting salary of around €35,000 p.a. plus bonus and amazing benefits that include remote work, health insurance and stock options after 6 months of service and 22 days' annual leave allowance plus 14 bank holidays.
