This is a full-time remote position reporting to the Regional Head of Client Success Management. As a Customer Success Manager, you will build trustful relationships with clients, support ongoing programs, and implement new initiatives. Your responsibilities include :

  • Developing strong client relationships, serving as the main contact during programs, onboarding, product training, and webinars.
  • Tracking client data, managing learner performance metrics in Dynamics, and coordinating with clients on reporting, communication, and program objectives.
  • Handling escalations from the Learner Success Management team, resolving complaints within SLA timelines.
  • Updating client information, creating platform contracts, and ensuring data transfer for program launches.
  • Delivering reports, monitoring KPIs such as attendance, completion, satisfaction, and collaborating with Finance for accurate billing.
  • Ensuring timely renewals, monitoring customer satisfaction, supporting sales in contract renewals, and identifying upselling opportunities.
