The Alpega Group is seeking a Customer Success Representative for the Iberia Market (we have 2 open roles, one permanent and one temporary). This role will be part of the sales organization at Alpega.

If you speak English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus) and want to be part of an international company, shaping the transport industry as part of a SaaS organization, consider joining us as a Customer Success Representative. You will join our Freight Exchange (FX) Business and play a key role in our team.

About The Role

  • Manage our customer portfolio, focusing on contract renewal, retention, and upsell of existing clients (B2B).
  • Provide customer support via phone and email.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Onboard new customers and assist with account configuration.
  • Implement customer development strategies through initial guidance, technical support, and training services.
  • Support the Controlling Department with cancellation processes, cash collection, and debt mediation.
  • Attend industry events and perform on-site client visits as needed.

What We Look For In You

  • Previous sales experience (SDR or BDR roles) is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Reside within travel distance of Barcelona.
  • Resourceful, motivated, and focused on client satisfaction.
  • Team player with good relationship-building skills.
  • High accuracy standards.
  • Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
