A leading data streaming company is looking for a Customer Solutions Consultant in Barcelona to act as a trusted technical partner for clients. You'll work to enhance customer adoption of the platform, collaborate across teams, and lead post-sales engagements. Ideal candidates are self-starters with excellent communication skills, a degree in Computer Science, and experience with technologies like Apache Kafka. This role starts in-office and transitions to hybrid after a year.

Act as a Trusted Technical Partner :

Build strong relationships with customers, becoming their go-to technical advisor to drive business value.Collaborate Across Teams :

Work with Sales and Customer Success to identify opportunities and communicate technical value.Lead Post-Sales Engagements :

Serve as a technical contact after sales, coordinating with Product, Support, Services, and Training teams to ensure success.Drive Customer Success :

Work with support engineers to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide strategic insights.What You Will Bring :

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Self-starter attitude and problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.Excellent communication skills to explain complex issues clearly.Quick learner with an interest in new technologies.Project management experience for stakeholder coordination.This is a hybrid role based in Barcelona, transitioning to remote after one year. Initially, you will work from the office three times a week.What Gives You an Edge :

Preferred :
