Join a fast-growing global company as a Customer Operations Associate. This entry-level role focuses on supporting the Customer Success team by managing CRM data and addressing client inquiries. Ideal candidates are university graduates fluent in English, ready to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.
This role requires fluency in English and proficiency in an additional European language is an advantage.
This is a fixed-term contract role that is being hired to support our Customer Success team as we roll out improvements to our CRM system (Salesforce) and conduct a significant data cleanse of our client data over the next 12 months.
The Customer Operations Associate will ensure that all CRM requirements for billing and finance are met across the Onclusive client base, additionally supporting client issue resolution across the Onclusive product suite, and where necessary will dictate escalation of issues to engineering / IT.
As a part of our post-sales team, this role offers potential to gain in-depth experience in the Media Intelligence sector within the Public Relations sector.
Under the direction of your manager and the post-sales team, you will learn technical, communication, and commercial skills. Training will be provided in all areas.
