About the role️

We are looking for a very communicative and results-driven Customer Success Agent to engage our customers, drive Opticks, and deliver our product value throughout its lifecycle. You will be a key person for the growth of the company, which is redefining the advertising fraud landscape. You will report to the Head of Sales of Opticks.

Main functions
  1. Drive onboarding, retention, and growth among our most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed.
  2. Enable successful roll-out of Opticks solutions, including sharing and developing relevant creative assets, brainstorming ideas, and attending launches virtually or in person.
  3. Collaborate closely with Sales to support pilot customers, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  4. Represent the voice of the customer to inform our sales process and product roadmap.
  5. Coordinate resources across Opticks as needed to support customer needs.
  6. Identify and develop opportunities for customers to act as Opticks advocates (e.g., testimonials, case studies).
What you will need
  • Over 2 years of experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action.
  • Passion for technology and being part of a fast-growing SaaS company.
  • Big Plus: previous experience in Advertising, Adtech, or media agency business.
  • Fluent in Spanish (ES) and English (EN). Preferable: other EU languages.
