Santander Insurance Madrid seeks a Customer Strategy Analyst to build a scalable analytics framework for monitoring customer performance across markets and geographies.

You will translate data into actionable insights to guide strategic initiatives, partnering with global and local teams to align KPIs and reporting, and support data-driven decisions impacting retention, cross-selling and customer strategy.

Formación

• 3 years of professional analytics experience in the insurance industry
• Proven data analysis, KPI monitoring and performance management experience
• Experience with large, complex datasets from multiple sources
• Very high proficiency in English and Spanish
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Effective communication with non-technical stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a robust analytics environment to monitor customer performance across geographies
• Define and standardize KPIs, metrics and methodologies for cross-country comparability
• Design and enhance dashboards and reporting tools for clear visibility into customer performance
• Track and analyze key KPIs (LTV, NPS, churn, base evolution, product holding) and flag deviations
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify drivers, risks, and ROI of strategic initiatives
• Segment customers to uncover insights and support hypothesis generation
• Assess business impact of initiatives and support prioritization

As a Customer Strategy Analyst, you will build and sustain a scalable analytics framework to monitor customer performance across markets. You’ll translate data into actionable insights to guide strategic initiatives and drive value for insurance-related businesses. You’ll partner with global and local teams to align KPIs and reporting, supporting data-driven decisions that impact retention, cross-selling, and overall customer strategy. This role sits in the Customer Strategy & AI team, contributing to Santander’s customer-centric transformation. You’ll work with advanced analytics to shape how we measure and improve customer outcomes.
