Formación

What are your main responsibilities?

In this role, you'll impact the lives of the people reaching out to us. With your strong knowledge of our products and services and your active listening skills, you will assist them with queries about their medical plans. Your human touch, listening skills, and empathy will provide help and reassurance to the customer.

KEY AREAS:

  • Managing communication in daily queries from clients and insurers via various channels, mainly telephone and email.
  • Coordinating and ensuring follow-ups of assigned contracts.
  • Handling medical issues in collaboration with our medical consultants.
  • Contributing to the use of the most efficient communication channels (phone, email, letter).
  • Using your language skills to translate documents when needed.
  • Planning work to prioritize tasks and maintain service performance.
  • Handling complaints and analyzing root causes to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting the Client Manager with tasks like preparing presentations and analyzing statistics.
  • Maintaining a cooperative and friendly work environment.
  • Identifying and sharing potential improvements with your manager.

What skills do you need?

  • Advanced or bilingual proficiency in English and Dutch (C1 / C2).

What we require:

  • You can commit to 39 hours/week.
  • You can attend a 6-week induction starting 8th September 2025.
  • You are available to work one of the following shifts:
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 16:45
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 to 15:45
