Formación

Customer Service Specialist (Relocation to Malta)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and service-minded individual to join a fast-growing iGaming team based in Malta. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values autonomy, and enjoys creating great experiences for players.

About the Role

As part of the customer support team, you’ll be the first point of contact for players, delivering a high standard of service through live chat and email. You’ll also handle KYC tasks, document processing, and be vigilant in ensuring compliance while putting the player first in every interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and professional support via chat and email
  • Manage KYC checks and document verification
  • Investigate and resolve player queries with empathy and efficiency
  • Detect and escalate any suspicious activity where necessary
  • Support responsible gaming practices and provide guidance to players
  • Promote available products and features where appropriate

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service (iGaming experience is a plus)
  • Fluency in English and one Nordic language (Norwegian, Finnish)
  • Willingness to work shifts between 8:00 – 01:00, including occasional night shifts
  • Based in Malta or open to relocating (relocation support available within the EU)
