Position Purpose

We are looking for a Customer Service Professional with experience maintaining databases in German to join our multicultural team with more than 54 nationalities.

If you want to play a key role in a multicultural, dynamic, and committed team, this is a great opportunity.

Essential Functions

  • Update reference databases with new products and market changes in German-speaking countries, ensuring data quality: classify products, standardize, and group data following company hierarchies and business rules.
  • Identify required changes to existing reference files.
  • Collaborate with local offices to correct inaccurate data, delete outdated entries, or add new ones to improve reference files.
  • Identify and resolve routine exceptions and issues.
  • Perform quality control of maintained data and apply necessary corrections.
  • Maintain documentation of processes and procedures.

Skills & Other Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German and high-level English is mandatory.
  • Valuable experience maintaining and updating databases.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent professional communication skills (telephone and email).
  • Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
