Position Purpose:

We are recruiting a team of Dutch/Flemish language speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub office! Diversity is our way of life!

Your primary focus will be to build and maintain updated data of Healthcare Professionals to support our customers, ensuring that any changes are verified through various channels according to our business rules.

What to expect:

  1. Perform verifications via telephone and email with healthcare professionals.
  2. Research sources of information to verify data accurately.
  3. Compare new data against our existing database.
  4. Keep institutional structures up to date and research official sources for structural changes.
  5. Alert the manager to any issues or deviations from standard procedures.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & requirements

  1. Native Dutch/Flemish speaker.
  2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  3. Excellent communication skills via telephone and email.
  4. Experience in multinational companies is a plus.
  5. Experience in maintaining and updating databases is advantageous.
  6. Accuracy, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.
  7. Additional tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting, and occasional translations.
