Customer Service Specialist, AWWG Brands

AWWG is the global fashion group which integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, DKNY, Donna Karan, Karl Lagerfeld in Spain and Portugal.

The Project!

You will be part of our dynamic and dedicated Wholesale Customer Service team,
within our Operations department, servicing our Wholesale customers and coordinating with Third Parties. You will follow up the whole order to cash process of
Digital & Consigment customers over Europe.

What will the role entail?

• Order entry & follow up
• Order book management / orders to cash conversion
• Invoicing
• Stock Control
• Responding to wholesale customers queries
• Responding to sales agents queries
• Responding to internal customers queries
• Coordinate with our partners in Europe
• Handling wholesale customers complaints and returns
• Liaise with Sales, Logistics and Finance

Requirements

Requirements of the position:

• University degree in Business or similar.
• Minimum 1-2 year of experience in similar position.
• Languages: English and Spanish, other european languages are a plus.
