What you will be doing?

• Collaborate with consumers to answer product inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Empathize with customers, analyze their problems, and offer tailored solutions
• Provide omnichannel support via telephone, email, chat, and social media
• Develop understanding of the client’s products and services
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying company values

Requirements

Skills & Experience:

• Fluent Danish with excellent grammar and spelling
• High proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to handle sensitive calls with empathy
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
• Professional outlook and proactive problem-solving approach

What do we offer?

• Contract: Temporary (3-month contract with 1-month probation)
• Part-time: 20 hours/week
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm
• Salary: €17,537.76 gross per year
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives
• Holidays: 2 days/month + 24 holidays/year, plus bank holidays and an extra day off in lieu
• Hybrid work: 4 days/month in-office, rest remote
• Training: 2 weeks full-time training in-office
