This role involves managing the Order to cash process, handling emergency orders, and ensuring excellent customer service in multiple languages. Customer Service Representative with German (f / m / d)
About the Role : We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (f / m / d) to join our Medical Products team in our office in Barcelona to deliver functionally excellent customer service in different languages.
This position will be located at our facility in Barcelona, Spain, with work from home days possible as part of a hybrid arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.
This role is a 6 month temp role, due to an increase in workload.
