We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with native-level French to join our team in Barcelona , working for a key company within the Bosch Group. In this role, youll become a true tire expert, recommending products, sharing promotions, and resolving customer inquiries to ensure an exceptional experience.

Your main responsibilities will be :

  • Recommend tires based on vehicle specifications and customer driving needs.
  • Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and offers.
  • Handle complaints and incidents with empathy and professionalism.
  • Communicate via phone, email, and chat, maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction.

Requisitos What We are Looking For Native-level French (C2) mandatory. Minimum B2 level of English required for training, internal documentation, and team communication. Previous experience in customer service is valued. Strong communication skills, empathy, and customer orientation. Based in Barcelona required for occasional office attendance. Wired internet connection (Ethernet) mandatory for remote work. Interest in the automotive or motorsports industry. Important Notes : Relocation package is not included. Candidates must have a valid DNI / NIE and Spanish Social Security number.

Temporary replacement contract with real possibilities of permanent employment. Hybrid work model : 5 days per month from the office (Barcelona), rest remote from home. Possibility to work remotely from other EU countries for up to 15 days per year. Full and paid training provided no tire knowledge required! Monday to Friday schedule, 09 : 0018 : 00 (no weekends).
