A leading global technology and services firm is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Barcelona (Hybrid). In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, resolving inquiries, and ensuring high-quality service. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and Portuguese, has strong communication skills, and a background in customer service. This position offers a competitive salary of 17,454 euros gross/year plus a potential bonus of 1,200 euros gross/year.

What you will do

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers (via phone, email, voice mail, chat, WhatsApp, RRSS or other communication channels) and resolve user requests
  • Record call details in call management systems and provide response and resolution within the SLA
  • Keep informed of product and service updates by showing expertise to serve customers
  • Escalate potential service issues to the management team
  • Ensure that the contractual SLA is maintained

  • Are proficient or bilingual in Spanish and are fluent in Portuguese. English is a plus.
  • You have user level computer skills in Windows/MS Office

  • You have the ability to take ownership of calls and progress to resolution or escalate the call to resolution
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills
