Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Representative will be:

  • Receiving and making calls/emails with a committed and devoted approach.
  • Communicating and providing an efficient, polite, friendly, and honest response to customer queries and requests.
  • Maintaining high-quality service while adjusting and personalizing support to each customer's needs.
  • Writing and designing detailed reports.

Skills, qualifications, and interests needed to succeed in this role:

  • Native level of Norwegian and at least B2 level of English.
  • Strong written and communication skills, including good telephone communication, excellent listening skills, and report development ability.
  • Energetic, innovative, proactive, and able to work at a fast pace.
  • Ability to responsibly and independently carry out customer service duties.
  • Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft and Internet.
  • Valid work permit in Spain or EU passport (required).
  • Experience in B2C or B2B environments is a plus but not necessary.
