David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading BPO/outsourcing company seeking to onboard a German-speaking Customer Support Representative for their Barcelona office or remote anywhere in Spain.

Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: Barcelona, Spain OR Remote, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

Responsibilities:
  • Represent the client's brand and its values
  • Assist & support customers while providing exceptional service
  • Manage customer relationships to develop and retain customers and members
  • Ensure an optimal customer experience through every interaction
  • Process payments on behalf of the client
  • Drive revenue through cross-selling and upselling where relevant
  • Capture and report customer feedback for service improvement
  • Maintain and update member records on CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Communicate effectively to ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Native/fluent in German, both oral and written
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Previous experience in sales/marketing environment
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce
  • Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and friendly personality
  • Stress resilient and resourceful
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel abroad when required
