What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative , your responsibilities will include :

  • Providing dedicated support to resellers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring operational processes for efficiency and compliance
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with focus on long-term solutions
  • Proactively identifying and correcting errors before they impact performance
  • Understanding workflows deeply and suggesting improvements
  • Communicating effectively with partners for timely updates and support
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve escalated issues
  • Coordinating and tracking supply orders for timely delivery
  • Scheduling and following up on technician visits to ensure service continuity
